About BIM4profs

BIM4profs is developed by IRP is close cooperation with a number of large housing corporations. BIM4profs offers the necessary functionalities for managing rent, maintenance and sale of propery. The management of property makes a distinction between buildings with one owner and buildings with multiple owners (Homeowner association)

BIM4profs supports condition assessment, financial management and repair requests (trough easy mobile site), with all facilities for directing contractors and full supply chain management.

Additionally there are many funcations specificaly aimed at managing homeowners accociations (HOA's). For example the (automatic) scheduling of the annual general meeting and the necessary preparations (financial statements, audit committee, agenda, planned maintenance, etc.)

Supply chain integration was a core principle during development. Contractors, projectmanagers, tenants, HOA members and others can all log in to the system.

BIM4profs offers all necessary support for managing HOA's and real estate. The main diference with other vendors lies in the way information is combined to give insight into the overall situation. This way information about rent, sale, maintenance, renovation and 3D BIM flow together to form one place to access all information.

Duidelijk inzicht in alle financiën

Bij de betaling van een factuur is de verantwoording direct inzichtelijk: besluit, offertetraject, selectie leverancier, verstrekken werkopdracht, gereed melding, akkoord van projectleider, akkoord van bestuurder (indien noodzakelijk), financieel akkoord.

De controller ziet alle te betalen facturen in 1 overzicht, met daarbij de mogelijkheid om bij alle facturen met 1 druk op de knop te achterhalen waar de factuur vandaan komt (reparatieverzoek, offerte, etc.).

Conditiemeting

Er is een app (Android/Apple), waarmee laagdrempelig een reparatieverzoek of melding (met foto) kan worden gedaan.

Met de andere App is het mogelijk de intake van een gebouw of een conditiemeting af te handelen. Met een smartphone of tablet kan door een gebouw worden gewandeld en kunnen foto's worden voorzien van een classificatie (elementen: NLSFB/NEN2767), een beschrijving en eventueel kostenberekening.

The BIM4profs webapplication is developed to let you have more control of and insight into the building information of one building or many buildings.

A first step towards digital management is often the digitization of drawings, from paper to a 3D model. Of course it is also possible to draw directly in 3D, without going trough 2D first. For example when using laser measurements to map a building directly to a computer model. And increasingly new buildings have a 3D model direcly from the architect.

MJOP onderhoud

Bekijk in OGDB alle planningen en lopende onderhoudswerkzaamheden die noodzakelijk zijn voor gebouwen, terreinen en installaties.

Upload en bewaar belangrijke vastgoed documenten zodat deze altijd beschikbaar zijn met onroerend goed dashboard. En koppel deze documenten waar mogelijk aan elementen in het BIM-model.

Koppeling met BIM

Aan elementen in het 3D model kan informatie gekoppeld worden. Als je in het 3D model klikt op de alarminstallatie of bijvoorbeeld CV-ketel zie je meteen de installatiehandleiding, onderhoudsgegevens en dergelijke.

Financieel dashboard

Het financiële dashboard binnen OGDB geeft in één oogopslag de situatie van crediteuren, debiteuren en alsmede relevante saldo-informatie weer. Ook alle aanmaningen en deurwaarder-activiteiten zijn te zien.

Digitale facturen

Bij iedere werkopdracht wordt een grootboeknummer meegegeven. Facturen die digitaal worden ingediend, worden vervolgens automatisch op de juiste plek in de boekhouding gezet.

Planning

Overzichtelijke agenda functies, taaklijsten en waarschuwingen zorgen ervoor dat u en uw medewerkers niets kunnen vergeten.

Digitale offertes

Ook leveranciers kunnen ieder kwartaal een exacte opgave krijgen van ingediende facturen met totalen, nettobedragen en BTW.
